Julia Eigner is Assistant Director of Research and Policy at DIL supporting agriculture and education research in East Africa. She is based in Nairobi, Kenya and previously worked with Precision Development (PxD) on a portfolio of research from proof-of-concept to scale-up stages. She holds a master’s degree in International Development Policy from Georgetown University.
